By using yonderun.com you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree with them, the simplest option is not to use the site — there's no account to close and nothing to opt out of beyond simply not visiting.

2. What this site is

Yonderun is an independent, editorially run catalogue of free Android games, covering idle mining games and coin-collecting arcade games. It is operated by one individual, Ryan Lim, based in Melbourne, Australia, and is not a company. Yonderun is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of Google, Google Play, or any of the developers or publishers of the games it reviews. Game names, icons and screenshots referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and review purposes, consistent with the fair dealing provisions for criticism and review under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

3. Editorial content and opinions

Reviews, scores and comparisons on this site reflect the personal, subjective opinion of the editor after playing each game across multiple sessions on a mid-range Android phone. They are not laboratory testing, they are not endorsed by the games' developers, and they can become outdated as games are updated after a review is published. Details such as ratings, availability and features are checked against the relevant Google Play listing at the time of writing but may change afterwards without notice from us.

4. Intellectual property

The text, layout, and original design of yonderun.com belong to Ryan Lim, except for third-party material — principally game names, icons and screenshots — which remains the property of the relevant game developer or publisher. You may link to pages on this site freely. Reproducing substantial parts of the site's own written content elsewhere without permission is not permitted; for anything beyond a short quotation with attribution, contact us first.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site in a way that is unlawful, that attempts to disrupt or overload its hosting infrastructure, or that scrapes or systematically republishes its content without permission. Ordinary personal browsing, linking, and sharing individual review pages are all fine.

6. No warranties

This site is provided on an "as is" basis. We don't guarantee that any game reviewed here will continue to be available, free, or unchanged from how it's described, since that's entirely up to the game's own developer. Nothing on this site is technical support for any game — for issues inside a game itself, contact that game's developer directly through its Google Play listing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Yonderun and Ryan Lim are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content, including outdated game details or a link to a game that has since been changed or removed by its developer. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Third-party links

This site links out to Google Play listings and, occasionally, to other third-party sites such as the OAIC. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or their own privacy practices.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any dispute relating to this site is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
