1. Acceptance of these terms

By using yonderun.com or playing Coin Overload: Reactor you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree with them, the simplest option is not to use the site — there's no account to close and nothing to opt out of beyond simply not visiting.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site. On your first visit you'll be asked to confirm this; by confirming, you also accept these terms and the Privacy Notice.

2. What this site is

Yonderun hosts Coin Overload: Reactor, a free, original browser game, along with the pages that support it. It is operated by one individual, Suzannah Bramley Morjaria, of 46 Abington Avenue, Northampton NN1 4PA, United Kingdom, and is not a company. The game, its code, its art and its sound are original work built for this site.

3. The game itself

Coin Overload: Reactor is provided free to play, "as is." It may be updated, rebalanced or taken offline at any time without notice, and we don't guarantee that any particular version, high score storage, or feature will remain available indefinitely. The game keeps no server-side save and no account, so there is nothing to migrate or lose beyond what's stored locally in your own browser, described in the Privacy Notice.

4. Intellectual property

The text, code, design, and game content of yonderun.com and Coin Overload: Reactor belong to Suzannah Bramley Morjaria, with one exception: the Space Grotesk and Inter typefaces, used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. You may link to this site freely. Reproducing substantial parts of the site's own content or the game's code elsewhere without permission is not permitted; contact us first if you'd like to do more than link.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site or the game in a way that is unlawful, that attempts to disrupt or overload its hosting infrastructure, or that scrapes or systematically republishes its content without permission. Ordinary personal play, linking, and sharing the page are all fine.

6. No warranties

This site and the game are provided on an "as is" basis, without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, that the game will be free of bugs, or that any particular score, setting or preference stored in your browser will persist indefinitely.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Yonderun and Suzannah Bramley Morjaria are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or the game, including any interruption to play or loss of a locally stored score. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute relating to this site is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you use the site as a consumer in Australia, nothing in this clause limits the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or your right to bring a claim in the courts where you live.

These terms may be updated from time to time; the date below reflects the current version.
